Quinoa and Chickpea Patties
  1. Bring water/stock and v8 to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat to simmer and add the quinoa, spices, and flavoring, curry paste and chickpeas.

  3. Take ½ cup of finished quinoa and add one egg and 2 T flour.

  4. Fry in a patty shape.
