Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Chili
  1. Place the cubed butter in the bottom of the crockpot and place the chicken in the crockpot over the butter.

  2. To the crockpot add the buffalo sauce, chicken broth, onion, tomatoes, corn, white beans, garlic powder, cuminm dill, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Stir to combine, cover the crockpot, and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

  4. When the chicken is cooked through, remove it and shred the chicken.

  5. Add the shredded chicken and cream cheese back into the crockpot. Cook for another 8-10 minutes until the cream cheese is melted and stirred into the chili.

  6. Serve fresh with your favorite toppings!
