High-protein Cottage Cheese Pasta Sauce
  1. Blend the cottage cheese with hot sauce and pasta water until smooth

  2. Add 2 oz of cheddar cheese to the blended mixture

  3. Stir in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  4. Add 1 teaspoon of MSG

  5. Season with 1 and ½ teaspoons of salt

  6. Mix until well combined

  7. Serve over pasta

  8. Optional: top with 6 oz chicken breast for additional protein
