  1. Preheat your oven to 175 C

  2. In a large bowl, combine all of your dry ingredients together until well mixed

  3. In a large measuring jug, whisk the maple syrup, almond butter, flax egg, and vanilla until well combined

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry bowl and mix thoroughly

  5. Scoop ¼ cup portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then flatten each one slightly

  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden
