Preheat your oven to 175 C
In a large bowl, combine all of your dry ingredients together until well mixed
In a large measuring jug, whisk the maple syrup, almond butter, flax egg, and vanilla until well combined
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry bowl and mix thoroughly
Scoop ¼ cup portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then flatten each one slightly
Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden
