One Pot Chorizo & Sprout Orzo
  1. Add the chorizo and sprouts to a lidded saucepan with a little oil on a medium heat and saute until the sprouts have coloured slightly.

  2. Then add the orzo plus 2 cups of boiling water and turn the heat down to simmer. Cook for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the orzo from sticking. If it starts to dry out, add a little more water.

  3. Once the pasta is cooked, add the peas, mix and pop the lid on for a few minutes to steam.

  4. Season if you wish, then add the cream cheese and mix.
