Add chicken mince and seasoning in a bowl and mix well to combine
Divide the mince into 5 patties of 150g each and set aside
Crush cornflakes into coarse crumbs and place in a bowl
Add all spices and seasoning to cornflakes and mix well to combine
Place patties in beaten egg, coat, and remove excess
Transfer patties to seasoned cornflakes and coat well
Place onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper
Lightly spray patties with spray oil
Cook in oven at 200°C for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy
Alternatively, cook in air fryer at 190°C for 16-18 minutes, flipping halfway through
Combine Greek yogurt, Frank's hot sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl for the sauce
Toast burger buns to your liking
Spread sauce on top and bottom buns
Add lettuce, burger patty, and cheese (optional) to buns
Top with bun and serve
Store cooked patties in fridge for 3-4 days or freezer for 3 months in airtight container
Reheat in microwave, pan, oven or air fryer until hot in the centre
