Crispy Chicken Burgers/Sandos
  1. Add chicken mince and seasoning in a bowl and mix well to combine

  2. Divide the mince into 5 patties of 150g each and set aside

  3. Crush cornflakes into coarse crumbs and place in a bowl

  4. Add all spices and seasoning to cornflakes and mix well to combine

  5. Place patties in beaten egg, coat, and remove excess

  6. Transfer patties to seasoned cornflakes and coat well

  7. Place onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper

  8. Lightly spray patties with spray oil

  9. Cook in oven at 200°C for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy

  10. Alternatively, cook in air fryer at 190°C for 16-18 minutes, flipping halfway through

  11. Combine Greek yogurt, Frank's hot sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl for the sauce

  12. Toast burger buns to your liking

  13. Spread sauce on top and bottom buns

  14. Add lettuce, burger patty, and cheese (optional) to buns

  15. Top with bun and serve

  16. Store cooked patties in fridge for 3-4 days or freezer for 3 months in airtight container

  17. Reheat in microwave, pan, oven or air fryer until hot in the centre
