Melt butter, add EVOO and onions/shallots, separately boil pasta
When the onion is translucent, add some lemon zest
Add some basil leaves
Add some pasta water for liquid, then put the pasta in the sauce
Just before finishing add lemon juice and then the remaining herbs and zest
To finish, add Parmigiano until creamy
Garnish with basil, chives and a lemon slice
