Green Goddess Chicken Salad
  1. In a blender, combine the scallions, cilantro, parsley, jalapeño, avocado, garlic, lime and lemon juice, oil and blend until smooth

  2. Add the mayonnaise and stir until combined

  3. Season the dressing with salt to taste

  4. In a large bowl, combine the pulled chicken, celery, scallions, snap peas, and apple

  5. Season the salad with salt

  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until combined
