  1. Cut the tomatoes into wedges (about 8 wedges per tomato)

  2. Decorate the tomato wedges on a shallow bowl

  3. Thinly slice the onion and add over the tomatoes

  4. Add a healthy dose of extra virgin Spanish olive oil on top of the tomatoes and onions

  5. Sprinkle with some sea salt flakes

  6. Toss everything together

  7. Sprinkle with some freshly chopped parsley
