Festive Snowflake Brie
  1. Chill Brie in the freezer for 10 min so it's easier to cut

  2. Cut brie into eighths (like a pizza). Wipe off knife each cut if the brie is sticking to it.

  3. Within each 'slice' cut from the center of the outer rim of the slice, to the center of the side of the slice (either left or right). Repeat on the other side.

  4. Once cheese gets back to room temp, some of the slices may stick together, but it's still a great guide for your guests to cut and serve themselves.
