Super Healthy Gummies
  1. Wash and remove stems from about a pound of strawberries

  2. Add strawberries, lemon juice, ⅓ cup of honey, and optional elderberry syrup to a food processor and blend until smooth

  3. For every 1 cup of the fruit mixture, add 1 teaspoon of agar agar

  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, whisking constantly, then reduce heat and whisk for 2 more minutes

  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds and let set for 30 minutes

  6. For a chewier texture, let the gummies dry out for a few days
