Slice the chicken breast in the middle to create a pocket.
Stuff it with pesto, tomatoes, mozzarella, and oregano.
Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper — then brush over the chicken.
Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes.
Add Parmesan on top and cook for another 10–12 minutes, until golden and crispy.
