Quick Vegan Miso Soup
  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

  2. Add in soybean paste, vegetable stock cube, green onion, cubed tofu and rice noodles.

  3. Let cook for minutes stirring occasionally to ensure stock is diluted into the water.

  4. Salt to taste.

  5. Remove from heat and serve!
