In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, oregano, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken and toss until fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Add the potatoes to a 9x13 baking dish or large casserole dish. Toss with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and oregano.
Place the marinated chicken directly on top of the potatoes. Pour any remaining marinade over the chicken and potatoes.
Cover tightly with foil or a lid and bake for 50–55 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking uncovered for 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are fork-tender. Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra color (optional).
Optional: Top with feta, parsley, fresh lemon juice, and Tzatziki before serving.
