Heat oven to 180°C (fan). Line a tray with parchment.
Mix lamb with herbs, chilli, onion, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Press mixture onto tray into a flat rectangle.
Score into strips, then lightly score across to create ridges.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked.
Make tzatziki: Mix yoghurt, onion powder, herbs, cucumber, lemon and salt.
Make salad: Toss all salad ingredients with oil, salt and pepper.
Assemble wraps: Flatbread → 2 lamb strips → 2 tbsp tzatziki → salad.
Wrap and serve.
