Honeycomb Candy
  1. Mix 50g sugar + 25g water in a microwave-safe bowl.

  2. DO NOT STIR. Just swirl gently if needed.

  3. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.

  4. Check the color — if not caramel brown, heat in 10-sec intervals.

  5. Pour immediately into a bowl lined with parchment paper.

  6. Add 3g baking soda, and stir quickly.

  7. Watch it bubble and grow — this is the honeycomb magic!

  8. Let it cool completely.

  9. Smash into pieces and enjoy on top of your coffee or dessert!
