Homemade Tortilla
  1. Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder.

  2. Mix the warm water and 3-4 Tbsp oil.

  3. Knead the dough for a few minutes.

  4. Shape the dough into 8 or 16 balls and let them rest for 15 minutes.

  5. Roll the balls out thinly.

  6. Fry the tortillas on high heat for 45 seconds each side.

  7. Store the tortillas in a kitchen towel to keep them soft or heat them up briefly before using.
