Broccoli Cheddar Soup Mac N' Cheese
  1. Add boneless skinless chicken thighs to slow cooker with garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika

  2. Add 2 diced yellow onions to slow cooker

  3. Cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 4-5 hours

  4. Toss frozen broccoli on a sheet pan with olive oil and salt

  5. Bake broccoli at 450°F for approximately 20 minutes

  6. Mix broccoli and switch to broil until browned (5-10 minutes)

  7. Shred the cooked chicken using tongs

  8. Cook pasta to 50% of the time shown on the box

  9. Blend cottage cheese, extra sharp cheddar cheese, American cheese, nutritional yeast, and whole milk together to make the cheese sauce

  10. Season cheese sauce with salt and pepper to taste

  11. Pour half cooked pasta into the slow cooker with shredded chicken

  12. Pour the high protein cheese sauce over the pasta and chicken

  13. Add roasted broccoli and mix until fully combined

  14. Cover and let cook for another 15-20 minutes to finish cooking the pasta

  15. Serve and enjoy
