Chilli Lamb Chops With Tamarind Chutney
  1. Mix the lamb ingredients to combine and leave to marinade, overnight is best but an hour will be just fine.

  2. Cook over a high heat for 4-6 minutes on each side, a bit of blackness is ideal.

  3. Leave to rest before serving.

  4. For the yoghurt sauce, mix the grated cucumber, natural yoghurt, salt and lime juice.

  5. To finish, serve the lamb chops with the tamarind chutney and fried curry leaves and cumin seeds.
