Egg, Carrot & Avocado Kimbap (mini Rice Paper Version)
  1. Season rice with salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds

  2. Sauté carrots with salt until just softened

  3. Make thin egg sheets and slice

  4. Place half sheet of gim, shiny side down

  5. Dip 1 rice paper in water and place on the bottom

  6. Add rice, carrots, egg, avocado, and radish

  7. Fold rice paper up first, then roll tightly with gim

  8. Seal with a little water

  9. Slice and serve
