Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Discard the flavor packet. Drain, set aside.
In a skillet, melt the butter and oil.
Add in the garlic and cook until you can smell it.
Add in the soy sauce and bring to a simmer (this happens quickly).
Add in the brown sugar and cook until the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
Add the noodles back in and toss to coat in the sauce.
Push the noodles to one side of your skillet and scramble an egg on the other side.
Once it’s cooked, pour everything into a bowl and top with green onions and everything bagel seasoning (secret ingredient!).
