20-minute Homemade Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together: Flour, Baking powder, Salt, Sugar.

  3. Stir in milk and oil (or melted butter). Mix until just combined — don’t overmix.

  4. Transfer dough to loaf pan. Smooth the top. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown. A toothpick should come out clean.

  5. Let cool 5–10 minutes before slicing.
