Taco Mac N Cheese
  1. Toss your diced bell peppers and onions with some salt and let those cook down until caramelized.

  2. Start cooking your pasta of choice.

  3. Brown your lean beef.

  4. Season with taco seasoning, red enchilada sauce and a splash of water.

  5. Add in your cooked veggies over your pasta.

  6. Pour the quick high protein cheese sauce over the top, mix together and you're good to go.
