Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a baking dish, combine the coconut cream, Soyaki, red curry sauce, and minced garlic. Whisk everything together right in the dish until the sauce is fairly smooth—the coconut cream might be a bit chunky at first, but it’ll come together nicely.
Add the frozen potstickers to the sauce and spread them out evenly. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 35 minutes, then remove from the oven and uncover.
