Serves 4–6

  1. place the herbs in a food processor and pulse three or four times to chop into smaller pieces.

  2. Add the olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and salt and blitz until well combined, smooth and creamy.

  3. Cover and set aside in the fridge.
