Cranberry–Tangerine–Pomegranate Sauce

  1. Add cranberries, bottled tangerine juice, sugar, salt, and cinnamon (if using) to a medium saucepan.

  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

  3. Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries pop and the mixture thickens.

  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.

  5. Remove from heat and fold in the pomegranate seeds.

  6. Let the sauce cool completely; it will thicken as it cools.

  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
