Whisk all marinade ingredients until smooth.
Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Add chicken to marinade and coat evenly. Cover and marinate at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Remove chicken from marinade and let excess drip off. Place chicken in a single layer in the basket.
Air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let rest 5 minutes, then slice or chop and serve.
