Chilli and Garlic Stir Fry Sauce
  1. Peel the garlic cloves

  2. Peel the ginger (tip, use a teaspoon to save more of the ginger)

  3. De-seed a red chilli (or don’t if you like it hot…)

  4. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

  5. Use at the end of any stir-fry
