Melt 3 tbsp butter in a microwave/oven-safe mug or baking dish
Whisk in 2 tbsp fine sugar and 2 tsp milk
Stir in 5 tbsp all-purpose flour and ¼ tsp baking soda (optional: you can reduce to 4.5 tbsp if you’d like a softer more cookie-dough consistency)
Optional: stir in chocolate chips and sprinkle a few on top, measure with your SOUL! Sprinkle a few on top
Microwave for 1 minute OR bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 8-9 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft
Optional: serve with a scoop of ice cream on top
