Biscuit Dough Pretzel Bites
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Prep a sheet pan with parchment paper.

  2. Open the biscuits and cut each into 4 pieces.

  3. Bring about a quart of water up to a boil on the stove. Slowly add the baking soda as it tends to bubble up. Dunk the pieces of biscuit in water for 15 seconds on each side and transfer to the sheet pan. It helps to use a slotted spoon.

  4. Use a kitchen brush to apply egg wash to the tops of biscuit pieces. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

  5. Bake in the oven for 8-9 minutes until they are browned and cooked. Enjoy with mustard or dipping sauce such as cheese dip.
