Custard Ingredients :
Crust:
Mix milk, eggs, cornstarch and sugar together.
Stir over medium heat until custard thickens.
Mix in mascarpone and lemon, blend thoroughly.
Make crust dough, split in half.
Spread half dough in pie pan.
Pour in custard.
Line the end of pie with dough medallions.
Bake in 180 C oven for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle confectioner's sugar over top.
