  1. Combine ground pork, sliced scallions, grated garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl

  2. Add soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, chili crisp, rice vinegar, and white pepper to the mixture

  3. Stir in chicken broth or water to achieve desired consistency

  4. Layer wonton or dumpling wrappers in a baking dish, brushing each wrapper with water

  5. Spread pork filling between layers of wrappers

  6. Continue layering wrappers and filling until all ingredients are used

  7. Bake according to preference until wrappers are crispy and filling is cooked through

  8. Garnish with extra soy sauce, chili crisp, scallions, and sesame seeds before serving
