Chop meats and put in a large zip lock bag
Whisk together in a bowl all marinade ingredients, pour over meats in the bag. Refrigerate for 2-24 hrs
Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for 30 minutes
Chop Vegetables
Pre-heat grill to 400°
Assemble kabobs, alternating meat and vegetables as desired on skewers
Grill 15-25 minutes until chicken is 165° and Beef and Veggies are desired doneness
Serve with your favorite sides
