Steak And Chicken Kabobs
  1. Chop meats and put in a large zip lock bag

  2. Whisk together in a bowl all marinade ingredients, pour over meats in the bag. Refrigerate for 2-24 hrs

  3. Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for 30 minutes

  4. Chop Vegetables

  5. Pre-heat grill to 400°

  6. Assemble kabobs, alternating meat and vegetables as desired on skewers

  7. Grill 15-25 minutes until chicken is 165° and Beef and Veggies are desired doneness

  8. Serve with your favorite sides
