Healthy Chicken Parmigiana
  1. Butterfly the chicken breast and flatten to an even thickness.

  2. Tenderize with a rolling pin.

  3. Season generously with salt, pepper and garlic powder and bake in the oven at 220°C (425°F) for 15 minutes.

  4. Top with marinara sauce, cottage cheese, parmesan, oregano and chilli flakes.

  5. Transfer to the oven and bake until the cheese is golden.
