5-minute Korean Carrot Salad
  1. Prepare 2 large carrots

  2. Add ½ tsp kosher salt

  3. Mix in 1 tsp minced garlic

  4. Drizzle with 1 tbsp sesame oil

  5. Add ¼ to ½ tsp gochugaru (or red pepper flakes)

  6. Top with sesame seeds to taste

  7. Garnish with chopped green onions to taste
