Air fry the hash brown at 400 for 10 min, flipping halfway, or in the oven at 400 for 14 min, flipping halfway.
Cook 2 scrambled eggs (per sandwich), add salt and pepper, and then place a slice of cheese during the last minute of cooking to melt it.
Spread butter on the inside of both slices of brioche bread, then toast them on the stove.
Air fry, pan fry or place the chicken sausage patties on the stove, then assemble your sandwich and enjoy!
