Tinned Lentil Chilli
  1. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large, non-stick pan.

  2. Add the onion and fry on a medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

  3. Add the chopped garlic and fry for 1 minute.

  4. Stir in the sun dried tomato paste, spices and honey. Give it a stir and fry for a minute or two.

  5. Add the drained lentils, baby tomatoes and beef gravy. Use the back of a wooden spoon to pop the tomatoes.

  6. Stir in the kidney beans and season with salt and pepper.

  7. Simmer on a medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring regularly.

  8. Serve with rice and tortilla chips
