Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
Add the beaten eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until scrambled.
Layer the bacon into the bottom of shot glasses.
Top with scrambled eggs, torn cheese slices, and shredded mozzarella.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Garnish with chives and drizzle with Sriracha before serving.
