Add warm water to the bowl of the stand mixer with the dough hook attachment. Add in yeast and honey. Stir and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
Add 2 cups of flour, salt, and oil. Mix to combine, 3-4 minutes. Slowly add remaining ½-¾ cup of flour or until a smooth ball forms that pulls cleanly away from the sides of the bowl.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and allow the dough to rest for 1 hour.
Roll out dough on floured surface to roughly 14 x 14 inches.
Cut slices of swiss in half and lay them out evenly on dough, followed by ham and lastly sprinkle with grated cheddar. Roll into a log and cut into 12 even slices. Place in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Brush on glaze and bake at 400 degrees until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
Serve immediately and enjoy! Store leftovers in the fridge for up tp 4 days.
Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan and whisk until butter is melted. Mixture may be clumpy that is ok. Set aside until you are ready to use.
