Prepare Deer
Soak deer meat in water and salt for at least 1 hour.
Remove from brine, discard brine, and pat meat dry.
Bread Deer
Mix flour, salt, and seasoning.
Whisk eggs.
Dip meat in eggs, then coat in flour mixture.
Fry Deer
Heat oil to 325 degrees.
Fry meat for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden-brown and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with Greek Seasoning.
