Set the oven’s temperature at 148 C to heat it. Spread parchment paper on the baking tray.
Cut the cheese into half-inch cubes and place them on the tray an inch apart.
Insert the tray into the oven and bake until the cheese starts to melt but does not spread too far.
Gather the cheese into a round shape and cool to normal temperature.
Cover the baking sheet with a kitchen towel and leave it on the counter for 3 or more days to harden.
Once hardened, insert the tray in the oven to puff the cheese pieces, watching carefully.
Take the tray out once most cheese pieces have puffed up and cooled to room temperature.
Mix the corn extract and butter or butter-flavored coconut oil.
Coat the cheese puffs with the mixture and dust with cheese powder before serving.
