Combine all the sauce ingredients.
Blanch all vegetables together in boiling, salted water for 4 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Let dry thoroughly in colander or dry with paper towels. Toss with remaining ingredients and dressing.
Whisk all the sauce ingredients together in a medium bowl. Add more water to thin it if you don’t want it too thick. Add more honey if you want it sweeter. More salt if you want it saltier.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the green beans. Cook for 3-5 minutes depending on freshness.
Use a slotted spoon to remove beans to a colander and rinse under cold water. Let drain while you add the snow peas to the boiling pot of water. They get two minutes in the boiling water.
Remove the snow peas from the water after 2 minutes and add to the colander. Rinse again under cold water.
Blanch the broccoli for 2 minutes. Drain pot into colander and rinse with cold water.
Dry all vegetables thoroughly with paper towels.
In a large bowl toss all the vegetables with the tbsp of oil and then serve.
