Viral Loaded Dill Pickle Charcuterie Nachos
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. Spread the dill pickle chips out in an even layer on a large baking sheet.

  3. Generously sprinkle the grated parmesan over the top, covering every corner.

  4. Add the chunks of brie, prosciutto, and salami evenly across the chips.

  5. Spoon small dollops of fig jam and apricot preserves throughout so it melts evenly.

  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and everything looks bubbly. You can also air fry at 350F for 8-10 minutes.

  7. Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with hot honey.

  8. Finish with the fresh chives and more parmesan cheese if you’d like.

  9. Serve right away and enjoy while warm!
