Ground Beef Ramen
  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package directions. When done, drain the ramen noodles in a strainer but do not rinse them. * Remember to discard the seasoning packet as that will make the final dish too salty.

  2. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add the sesame oil, garlic, and ground beef. Cook and crumble until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease from the pan.

  3. Stir the green onions, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and sriracha into the ground beef. Cook for 2 minutes to combine the flavors.

  4. Stir the ramen noodles into the ground beef mixture until combined well. Serve!
