Chinese Buffet Green Beans
  1. Heat the oil and garlic over medium heat, sautèeing for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Add the green beans to the pan and cook, stirring regularly until beans are tender crisp and slightly blistered (about 10 minutes).

  3. Mix together the soy sauce and oyster sauce and pour over the green beans. Continue cooking 1 minute more.

  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
