Mix together the cheese and flour as for the libum.
Add honey and egg to the mixture.
Grease an earthenware dish with oil.
Pour the mixture into the dish and cover with a crock.
Bake until the center is thoroughly cooked.
Remove from the oven, cover with honey, and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Place back under the crock for a while, then remove from the fire.
Serve in the dish with a spoon.
