MIX/SET ASIDE plant milk and vinegar for 5mins
MIX/STIR in the plant milk mix the olive oil, lemon juice and zest, 1 Tsp vanilla, and ½ cup (120g) sugar
WHISK/BAKE the 2 cups (260g) flour and 1 Tsp baking powder at 350F/175C for 45-50mins and COOL DOWN
MIX the 250g powdered sugar, juice of ½ lemon, and a pinch of vanilla and spread on the cake
