Easy Mashed Potatoes With Skin Recipe
  1. Place the potatoes in a pot.

  2. Cover the potatoes with water and bring to a boil.

  3. If the potatoes are whole, allow 25-30 minutes to boil. If chopped, plan on15-20 minutes. The potatoes are done when you can place a fork through easily.

  4. Drain the potatoes well and place in a stand mixing bowl.

  5. Warm the milk and butter for 30 seconds in the microwave, then combine with the potatoes. Mix until you get the desired texture. Add in salt and pepper to your liking.

  6. Serve immediately, or place in an oven safe container and keep warm in the oven until it's time for dinner.
