Halloumi & Chorizo hash brown bake
Arrange 10-12 hash browns in a greased, medium-sized baking dish.
Either air fry at 180C or oven bake at 1800 fan/200C for 15-20 mins or until the hash browns are golden and starting to crisp up.
Whisk 2 large eggs with 50ml milk, a pinch each of salt & pepper and any herbs/seasonings of your choice. Scatter over 80g grated halloumi and 50g chopped chorizo.
(Optional extra ingredient I added leeks which I fried in butter.)
Pour egg mixture over the hash browns.
Place back in the air fryer or oven for a further 15-20 mins or until golden & bubbling.
