Prepare the honey BBQ pulled chicken: dice chicken breast and onion, add bbq seasoning, bbq sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey and water to slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5-6 hours. Alternatively, wrap a small chicken breast in foil and air fry for 18 minutes then shred and mix with sauces.
Chop potatoes into chips and microwave for 7 minutes to soften
Spray chips with frylight and seasoning
Air fry chips at 190°C for 15-20 minutes, shaking occasionally
Tip cooked fries onto parchment paper
Top fries with shredded chicken mix, cheese and spring onions
Return to oven or air fryer for a couple of minutes until cheese melts
Add chives and crispy onions on top before serving
